1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phvip ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the phvip website and its associated services.

By completing the phvip registration process, accessing the phvip Login page, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

phvip reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of phvip services, you must create a registered account via the phvip Login and registration system. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your phvip Login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify phvip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one phvip account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phvip uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Identity Verification (KYC): phvip may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phvip are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phvip supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phvip account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phvip does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phvip aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account. phvip reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Prohibited Funding Sources: You may not fund your phvip account using credit cards, cryptocurrency of any kind, or any payment method not listed above. Transactions made using prohibited funding sources will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

Anti-Money Laundering: phvip complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. phvip reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where AML concerns arise.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered phvip players only. New player bonuses are available once per household, device, and IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• phvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

phvip offers a wide range of games including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting. The following rules apply to all game activity on the Platform:

• All games on phvip use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. phvip will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or game malfunction, phvip reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. No further compensation will be provided.

• phvip reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is placed as a result of a pricing or odds error.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phvip platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or using phvip if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one phvip account.
• Using phvip for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the phvip platform or its underlying systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the phvip customer support system, including making false claims or engaging in threatening or abusive behavior toward support staff.
• Accessing phvip from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Funding your account using prohibited payment methods, including cryptocurrency or credit cards.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phvip platform — including but not limited to the phvip brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phvip or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phvip platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phvip content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phvip content.
• Use the phvip brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phvip platform.

Any unauthorized use of phvip intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phvip.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

phvip implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phvip cannot guarantee absolute data security.

phvip will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide phvip services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phvip shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the phvip platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of phvip services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your phvip Login credentials.
• Any technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond phvip's reasonable control.

phvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phvip account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The phvip platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phvip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

phvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Your own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account termination for cause, phvip reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings, where permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance will be returned via your registered payment method after applicable checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phvip customer support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal transactions.

12. Responsible Gaming
